The facility consists of a shop building with a café and two private sauna villas, limited to two groups per day. The saunas were produced by Totonoe Oyakata, TTNE's first project in Shizuoka Prefecture. Japanese- and Western-style villas each received a different sauna, with the local waters, Umegashima Konya Onsen and natural water from the source of the Abe River, at the heart of the experience.
The Japanese-style 'IRORI' is a tea-room-like sauna evoking a traditional hearth, fitted with an electric stove from Germany's EOS, rare in Japan, and offering a Shizuoka-style tea löyly. The Western-style 'SLIT' is a Finnish sauna with a wood-burning stove, where guests enjoy the aroma and flicker of the fire. Cold baths use natural water from the source of the Abe River and cold Umegashima Konya Onsen water, and guests cool down in the garden connected to each villa.
