The aim was to install a guest-only sauna on the top floor of a retreat-style hotel opening in Futaba, Fukushima, to enhance the value of the stay.

福島県双葉町に開業するリトリート型ホテルの最上階に、宿泊者専用のサウナを設け、滞在の価値を高めることを目的とした。

At a hotel built around three ideas of "futatabi" (again): restoring local nature and industry, reuniting with the town, and visiting again, Totonoe Oyakata supervised the sauna. It is a Finnish sauna that makes the most of views of the sea and sky and the warmth of domestic hinoki.

「自然と産業の再生」「町との再会」「再びの来訪」という3つの「ふたたび」をコンセプトとするホテルで、ととのえ親方がサウナを監修した。海と空を望む眺望と国産ヒノキのぬくもりを生かしたフィンランドサウナとした。

On the top floor, the co-ed swimwear area "Slow SPA" has a Finnish sauna for about eight people with auto-löyly that automatically balances humidity and heat. There is a deep cold plunge kept at 15–17°C, an indoor cold bath and a warm lake bath, with reclining chairs for outdoor rest and seating for indoor rest.

最上階の水着着用・男女共用エリア「Slow SPA」に、湿度と温度を自動で整えるオートロウリュ付きの約8名用フィンランドサウナを設けた。15〜17℃に保った深さのある水風呂と屋内水風呂、温水のレイクバスを配し、外気浴用のリクライニングチェアと内気浴用の椅子を用意した。
