objective 目的

目的

This is the first store that Ryusenji no Yu will open under the new brand name "Spa Mezza. We received a request to be recognized as a facility that focuses on sauna and implemented a bold sauna room proposal.

竜泉寺の湯が「スパメッツァ」という新ブランドとしてオープンする最初の店舗。サウナに力を入れた施設として認知されたいという想いをいただき、思い切ったサウナ室の提案を実施。

ストーリー

The core idea of the "Dragon Sauna" was conceived by taking the "dragon" of Ryusenji-no-yu as the name of the sauna. By arranging five sauna stoves in a row, the sauna was designed to have a visual impact and to facilitate the staging of a sauna candle. In addition, since there were few sauna rooms in the world with a design around the sauna stove, we devised a design that leaves a lasting impression when you sit on the sauna bench.

竜泉寺の湯の「竜」にかけてドラゴンサウナというコアアイディアを立案。 サウナストーブを5本並べることでビジュアルのインパクト及び、ロウリュの演出をし易い設計に。 またサウナストーブの周りをデザインしたサウナ室が世の中に殆どなかったため、サウナベンチに座ったときに印象に残るデザインを考案。

We were able to take on a bold challenge, as they willingly agreed to take on what might have been a risk in terms of operations, such as lining up five sauna stoves and allowing self-lowe-lu in a large facility. As a result, the restaurant became so popular that admission was restricted, and it was ranked No. 1 in Saunasuran for 22 years.

サウナストーブを5本並べることや、大規模施設でセルフロウリュをできるようにするなど、運営面でリスクになりそうなことを快く承諾いただき、思い切った挑戦ができた。 結果的には入場規制がかかるほどの大人気店舗となり、22年のサウナシュラン1位を獲得。
