In order to make effective use of rooms with low occupancy rates, the in-room beds were removed and a new proposal for a living room sauna was made.

We propose three concepts of rooms equipped with "private room" Finnish-style saunas.
-"URBAN" room with a chic design based on black
- "FINLAND" with a white sauna and Finnish textile wallpaper for a Scandinavian style
"JAPANESE" with a wood-grained sauna and tatami mat space reminiscent of a tea-ceremony room

『個室型』フィンランド式サウナを完備した3つのコンセプトの部屋を提案。
-黒を基調にしたシックなデザインで、都会的なお部屋に仕上げた「URBAN」
-白いサウナとフィンランドらしいテキスタイルの壁紙で、北欧風にした「FINLAND」
-木目調のサウナに茶室をイメージした畳スペースを設けた、日本らしい「JAPANESE」

The occupancy rate of idle space in guest rooms increased, resulting in an increase in overnight guests. This led to the provision of a new space where couples & families can enjoy sauna at the same time, relaxing like a living room.

客室の遊休スペースの稼働率が上がり、結果宿泊客が増加。リビングのようにくつろげ、カップル＆家族が同時にサウナを楽しめる新しい空間の提供に繋がった。
